The Omaha Downtown Courtyard by Marriott is a beautiful historic property that has recently been renovated. These buildings were built in 1916 and the east building was Kirsch Braun and Son's Creamery. The west building was a music ware house. They sold things like large pianos and organs. We became a hotel in 1999 and connected the two building through the elevator shaft. Our elevator features two doors that open on either side depending on what floor your on. We have an amazing location located within walking distance of the Old Market, home to over 40 restaurants and bars. There are also a plethera of unique shops and venues! This hotel is within walking distance of the Century Link Convention Center Center, TD Ameritrade Park, the Pedestrain Walking Bridge, and the Heartland Park of America. We are also just minutes away from the fabulous Henry Doorly Zoo, Joslyn Museum and the Lauritzen Gardens. We also have a complimentary shuttle that goes to and from the airport and a 1 mile radius of the hotel!
